The Data Standards Body engaged PwC's Indigenous Consulting and the Centre for Inclusive Design conducted an accessibility analysis of the consumer experience (CX) standards and related artefacts.
This work seeks to maintain alignment with current and emerging standards and obligations related to accessibility, such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
The outputs of this work will inform ongoing standards and artefact development as well as CX research.
