The DSB has published the Regulatory Data Standards Development Framework, which sets out the overarching approach to the development, maintenance, consultation, publication and implementation of regulatory data standards.

The Competition and Consumer (Consumer Data Right—Data Standards Advisory Committee) Repeal Instrument 2026 has been registered on the Federal Register of Legislation. This repeals the 2022 DSAC Instrument.
