The Information Security (Infosec) Consultative Group advised the Data Standards Chair on standards development between April 2024 to June 2025.
Scope
The group's scope included:
- defining the required security elements to provide trust in the ecosystem and preserve the security of the CDR register, accredited data recipients, data holders and consumers
- providing strategic guidance and input into the uplift required to the CDR information security profile
- proposing changes to the CDR Information Security Profile for comment by all CDR participants through public consultation
- providing feedback on the effectiveness of the group trial and shape a more permanent approach to information security management.
